Ideally located in the east of Monaco in the Saint Roman district, the Mona Residences, also known as the Tour Giroflées, is a historic project on the initiative of Michel Pastor, and taken over by his son Jean Baptiste Pastor, managing director of the project.
Developed by the architecture firm Wilmotte & Associés and the architect Rainier Boisson, many renowned contributors contributed to the development of the tower, including the renowned designer Ora-ïto, all in collaboration with the project management: Michel Pastor Group .
The particularity of this project lies in its innovative and avant-garde aspect, in relation to the ecological impact. Indeed, renewable energy is the main driver of the project.
No less than 21 000 sqm devoted to very high standard ecological housing will soon be offered to residents of the Principality. A place where naturalness, innovation and luxury are in perfect harmony !
It is in this context that Hydroconcept has set up over the past few months to bring its stone to the building.

In collaboration with the architect, Hydroconcept intervened by setting up various spaces for the residents of the tower:
- Ice fountain, experience shower, private sauna, round sauna, hammam, sensory pools….
While waiting for the final result in 2021, here are some glimpses of the saunas under construction!
