Franck TRECCO: EPS is a simple, efficient and reliable technology. The structures are cut with hot wire with great precision, which allows total freedom in the shapes, much appreciated by architects and designers. There is a considerable time saving: most of it being done in the factory and not on the site, the work can progress in parallel with manufacturing. Seven times lighter than concrete, EPS is particularly suitable in difficult configurations in which we have constraints of weight, accessibility, sound insulation, because it is an anti-vibration material whose structure can be completely separated of the slab. The other advantage is economic: reduction of costs and production times and reduced energy bill for the operator.
